These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and 77ph6 ("77ph6," "the Platform," "we," "our," or "us"), governing your access to and use of the website located at 77ph6.app, including all associated services, games, promotions, and features (collectively, the "Services").

77ph6 is a PAGCOR-registered online gaming platform, operating under the regulatory oversight of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation ("PAGCOR"), the government agency responsible for authorising and regulating all gambling activities in the Republic of the Philippines.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that all information provided is accurate, complete, and current. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and notify 77ph6 immediately of any changes. 77ph6 reserves the right to request documentary proof of identity and eligibility at any time, including but not limited to government-issued Philippine identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

Single Account Policy. Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the 77ph6 platform. Opening multiple accounts — whether using the same personal information, different contact details, shared devices, shared IP addresses, or any other method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. 77ph6 uses advanced fraud detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. All accounts found to be in violation of this policy will be permanently closed and all associated funds will be forfeited.

Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77ph6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 77ph6 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to protect your credentials. Account Verification (KYC). To comply with PAGCOR requirements and Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act ("AMLA") obligations, 77ph6 requires identity verification before processing withdrawals. Acceptable documents include: Philippine passport, driver's licence, SSS Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID), PhilHealth ID, or any other government-issued photo ID. KYC verification is typically completed within 24 hours of submission.

Inactive Accounts. An account that has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months is considered inactive. 77ph6 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administrative fee to inactive accounts in accordance with its Dormant Account Policy. Players will be notified by registered email before any such fee is applied.

All deposits and transactions on 77ph6 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). 77ph6 accepts deposits via the following payment methods:

All payment methods used for deposits must be registered in the account holder's own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment source belongs to a different person — are strictly prohibited. 77ph6 reserves the right to return funds deposited via a third-party method and may suspend the account pending investigation. 77ph6 does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

Withdrawals from your 77ph6 account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal request will be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya; ₱500 for bank transfers.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the account holder's own name. 77ph6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Real money funds and bonus funds are tracked separately. Only real money balances (including winnings derived from real-money wagers) are withdrawable, subject to any applicable wagering requirements.
• 77ph6 targets processing of GCash and Maya withdrawal requests within 5 to 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
• 77ph6 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests that exceed PHP 100,000 in a single transaction or PHP 500,000 in any rolling 30-day period, in compliance with PAGCOR and AMLA requirements.

Any withdrawal request that triggers an anti-money laundering review may be held for up to 15 business days pending satisfactory documentation. 77ph6 will notify the affected player within 2 business days of initiating such a review.

77ph6 offers various promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:

• Bonuses are available exclusively to verified players aged 21 years and above.
• All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated in the bonus offer details. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is 20x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are applied to wagers only after real-money funds in your main wallet have been depleted.

In the event of a conflict between a game's specific rules and these Terms, the game's specific rules shall prevail for matters relating to that game's operation.

Malfunction Policy. Disconnection Policy. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 77ph6 platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and may result in reporting to PAGCOR and relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Registering an account if you are under 21 years of age or on behalf of an underage person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one account on the 77ph6 platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, AI-assisted tools, or any non-human method to interact with the platform or place wagers.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to chip dumping in poker or coordinated play in live dealer games.
• Exploiting software bugs, display errors, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair financial advantage.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods for deposits or withdrawals.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring of transactions, or any activity that violates Philippine Republic Act No. 9160 (Anti-Money Laundering Act) as amended.
• Selling, transferring, or purchasing 77ph6 accounts or account balances.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your actual location for the purpose of circumventing geographic access restrictions.

77ph6 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and operates in accordance with PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework. We provide the following tools to all verified players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling-off period when increased, to allow considered decision-making.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 77ph6, its officers, directors, employees, and technology partners shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the 77ph6 platform.
• Loss of profits, data, or anticipated winnings resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures.
• The conduct of other players on the platform, including collusion or fraud carried out by a third party.
• Delays in payment processing attributable to third-party financial service providers including GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, or Metrobank.
• Any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your 77ph6 login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 77ph6's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Philippine law.

77ph6 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Receipt of a valid directive from PAGCOR, a court of competent jurisdiction, or a law enforcement authority.
• Detection of collusion, use of prohibited software, or any other form of cheating.

In cases of account closure for breach of Terms, 77ph6 reserves the right to withhold the account balance pending the outcome of any investigation. Where closure is not related to a breach — such as in cases of player-initiated closure or regulatory compliance — the account balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method, net of any non-withdrawable bonus funds.

Dispute Resolution. 77ph6 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time to reflect changes in law, regulation, PAGCOR requirements, platform functionality, or business operations. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file at least 14 days before the effective date of the change, where practicable.

Minor amendments — including corrections of typographical errors, clarifications, and updates to contact information — may be made without advance notice. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will be revised with every change.

Continued use of the 77ph6 platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
